1. Open My Card on your phone.
2. Tap Sign in with my work email and type your REALM email.
3. Type the 6-digit code from your email. You stay signed in on that phone.
4. No card yet? If your email ends with @realmgroupglobal.org, your card is made for you the first time you sign in.

• iPhone: in Safari tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen.
• Android: tap the menu (three dots), then Add to Home screen or Install app.

It then opens full screen, even with no signal.

My Card > Edit. Change anything, then tap Save my card. Signed in on your phone? Your own card also shows an Edit my card button at the top.

Edit > My social links > + Add a social link. Paste the full link to your profile or page. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, WhatsApp and more are recognised. Each one becomes a Follow / Subscribe / Connect button.

The company pages (Follow our pages) are added by the office for everyone.

Edit > Design my card: 13 colour themes, 4 layouts, light or dark, and the card language. Tap Show live preview to see it before saving.

Edit > Design my card: add an intro video (YouTube or Vimeo link), up to 6 photos, and extra buttons to any link (listings, price list, booking page).

Edit > My cards > + Add a card (for example a personal or event card). Switch between them at the top of My Card.

Open My Card and show the QR code. Turn your screen brightness up. Any phone camera can scan it.

My Card > Share link (WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS, email), or the Share my card buttons. Save QR image makes a picture for stories and posts.

Android: use the REALM Card app from the app page, then hold the back of your phone to theirs. You can also write your card to a blank NFC sticker from My Card > Tools.

My Card > Tools: copy your email signature into Gmail or Outlook, and download a Zoom / Teams background with your QR code.

When someone fills in Exchange contact on your card, they show in My Card > Leads with a red badge. Set a status, add notes and a follow-up date, and reply with one tap.

Leads > Add a lead works offline. The leads are kept on your phone and upload by themselves when you are back online.

Managers see the team's cards, stats and leads in My Card > Team. Admins can also add people, import a CSV, send sign-in links, switch cards off and hand a card over when someone leaves.

Admin > Brands & company socials: set the company pages, a cover photo and the default look once for a whole brand.
