REALM Smart Contact is run by REALM Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 18 660 796 707), PO Box 208, Warragul VIC 3820.

When you view a card

We count card views, contact saves and button taps, and how the card was opened (NFC, QR code or link). We do not use cookies or third-party trackers for this, and we do not store your IP address.

When you exchange contact details

If you send your details with the Exchange contact form, we store your name, email, phone and note so the REALM team member can reply. To block spam we keep a scrambled one-way code of your connection for one day. We only use your details for your enquiry, never sell them, and delete them on request.

When you join the business waitlist

We store your name, email, business name, team size and country to tell you when REALM Smart Contact opens for businesses. Ask us any time and we delete them.

Staff and card owners

Card owners can download everything stored about their cards and leads from My Card > Tools > My data. If your company sends leads to another app (a webhook), your details go to that app too.
